After a 2 year creative break, Stefan Frankenberger aka morgen es wird schoen comes back from the archives of his decades of sound research where he picked up some precious items of a completely different kind: as the predecessor CAPRIOLE sounded like elaborate craftsmanship, CANDY HAP INSANITY comes across as extremely unpolished – blues, rock, dirty soul. And above all: this time the mastermind is singing himself!, saying that the guest singers had simply become too expensive in the long run. Chapeau for so much honesty, because that is a loss of quality in a very charming way.
One track sticks out, however, where the predecessor's joy in arranging and experimenting flashes through: "Brennessel fields forever". A universe of a song!
